Kane Learning is a boutique consulting firm that specializes in developing and delivering talent management, learning, and communication solutions for businesses with a dispersed workforce. Cassie Kane started the business in 2014 after a 20-year career in specialty retail. She began her career working in stores and used her passion for teaching to support a career move to the corporate office where she grew her career to lead Learning and Development for Bath & Body Works stores.

Now, Cassie leads a team of highly accomplished communications, learning, instructional design, and organizational development professionals. Together, they develop and deliver the right learning solutions that spark ideas, inspiring people to use what they learn to grow and get better every day.
